Transaction Limit Changes – IB and Easy App

From 12 August 2019, changes have been made to your external transfer limits, when using Internet Banking, Mobile Banking and Easy App services.

Transferring money to an external bank account

When transferring money to another bank account, you can now choose whether you want to send it by “Standard Transfer” or “Osko” (Real Time Payments).

Selecting “Standard Transfer” will prevent any issues you may have experienced with sending payments by Osko*.

Osko transaction limit

The transaction limit for a single Osko transaction is now $1,000. If you need to send a larger amount, please select “Standard Transfer” instead of Osko.

The existing external transfer limits are unchanged:

  • $250 per account, per day - without SMS One Time Passwords
  • $5,000 per day on your main transaction account - with SMS One Time Passwords
