Members are advised that access services will be unavailable on Tuesday 9 April 2019 from 10pm until 2am.

We expect this outage to last for approximately four (4) hours. It will affect the following services:

  • Apple / Google / Samsung Pay
  • ATM and eftpos access
  • Easy App
  • Internet and Mobile Banking
  • PhoneLink
  • SMS Banking
  • SMS One Time Passwords
  • Visa Cards including payWave
